ParsTasmim Web Hosting Managment System
WHMS is a Web Hosting Management System for the Windows Server family platform, developed with .Net platform facilities. Using WHMS one can automate tasks popular in managing a web hosting system.
WHMS is a web application available in both English and Persian languages and integrates tightly with billing subsystem.

Web Hosting is done on the IIS web servers.

Replication of IIS Web Servers is supported to provide a fault tolerant system.

No limit exists on the type of DNS server used for hosted web sites.

Supports SQL server databases for customers.
WHMS works on a three-tier user model:
Hosting Administrator: The owner and top-level manager of the hosting system.
Reseller: A reseller for the hosting service provided by the Hosting Administrator.
Customer: A customer of the reseller that makes and uses web sites in the hosting system.
WHMS is a permission-based system that allows granting permissions of viewing some information or performing some actions to one user and denying them to another one.

User Management:

Add/Edit/Delete Reseller or Customer user accounts from WHMS control panel or through AMS (Account Management System) subsystem.

Plan Management:
Plans are groups of resources available in the system, which will be assigned to different users.

Base Reselling Plans: Plans defined by administrators to be assigned to resellers.

Reselling Plans: Plans assigned to resellers, and customized for each of them.

Customer Hosting Plans: Plans defined by resellers to be assigned to customers.

Default Hosting Plans: Customer Hosting Plans that are most popular can be converted to default plans for further use of all other resellers.

Trouble Ticket Management
Trouble Ticket system is a simple system to manage the communication between three levels of users available in the WHMS.

Report Management
WHMS presents different kinds of reports, which are available to the 3 level users in the system according to their roles and permissions. This means that some reports are visible to some users and some are not or they are only partially visible.

View list of events logged for the administrators.

View activities of the visitors of different web sites that are hosted in the system, from which IP addresses they visit the site, when and how many Kbytes is transferred during this visit.

View a list Domains in the system with the list of their sub domains and virtual directories and provide total number of each.

View a list of plans defined and used in the system, filter them by their status, creation date or type.

Find out which plans are most popular and are most used.

View a list of users in the system, filter them by their username, plan name, service name, creation date or status.

An administrator can find out how many resellers are defined by him and a reseller can figure out total number of his customers.

View how many bytes are used in user’s space and how much more space is available.

There is also a Global System Report, which is visible to administrators only and includes:
- Total Number of Administrators in the system
- Total Number of Resellers in the system
- Total Number of Customers in the system
- Total Number of Web Sites Hosted
- Total Number of Customer Databases
- Total Space Used for Customer files
- A list of administrators in the system plus the count of their resellers and customers.
